Missile and Fire Control Systems Manufacturing, Dallas, TX                                                          Oct. 1998 – Mar. 1999

Led a pilot implementation of Product Data Management (PDM) software called Eigner & Partner. The pilot implementation met the business requirements needed to provide a common business process framework that could be leveraged across the multiple segregated PDM processes. Was also responsible for interfacing the PDM software with SAP Material Masters and Bill of Materials.

Internal consultant tasked with the development of AS-IS and T0-BE process framework for Product Engineering processes and engineering data management. This role involved conducting workshops, interview sessions, and detailed development of specific business processes related to the product life cycle. This team was also tasked with the selection of PDM software.

Was responsible for managing an engineering group, which supported six development programs and one production program.

Assignments also included supervising shop floor activities and providing floor support for build procedures and documentation.
